Codemasters did everything great with the early access. Gave constant updates, listened to the feedback and worked with users, and if you bought the early access version it'll count as the full release version.
Mods.... you can always mod a mode and create custom game settings for it. It's like saying the GTA mod of Hulk vs Hulk Buster wouldn't work because of fall damage or you can only jump 6 inches. Mods can change things in a game to make it work.
These guys do a solid work in benchmark tests. I recommend their youtube channel
Wait.... so MP is 900p at 60 fps and SP is 1080 30 fps.... if they were going to gimp the MP why not put it the other way around or both at 900p 60 FPS.
There's a lot of people defending the move of 900p, yet now say that it's not the main focus. So why did ND improve the non important part of the game and gimp the important part which is SP?
proof or bs
"Yes there is a double standard here and that is okay. " lol okay
How did he get soo many bubbles yet replies like a 5 year old??
Hey whatever floats your boats. People were promised HD games and this is kinda HD. But remember you can't tell the difference so it's acceptable!
To me it's not, but again to each their own.
WTF how?
You sure about windows 10??? That's the only thing that I feel iffy about.
GTA mods disagree with you there.
doesn't matter the modding community will end up with some program like Nexus Mod Manager. I mean FFS this program and website make it soo easy to install mods. Mind you there is already mods for the steam workshop. My point is people will have options.

UK only and it's from Rakuten so be weary. Also the code is TENBASE
Nice optimism... but let's be realistic. The OFFICIAL mods from bethesda have texture fixes and other stuff like it.
Performance mods don't come with the devs approval. You can mod the game to only a point. We'll know the full details later.
From wikipedia - Videogaming247 (VG247) is a video game blog published in the United Kingdom, founded in February 2008 by industry veteran Patrick Garratt. CNET blog Crave ranked it as the third best gaming blog in the world.[3]
Can they be ranked lower now?
They need to add that "ejection failure" feature when in a vehicle. It doesn't reward the players for trying to destroy it when I can easily just bail out and use a jet pack at 10 percent bealth. That or vehicle gets some limb and turret damage.

.@gatchers Hah! You're not the first with that one. Nice idea but it's still not true. We've moved on to newer, even better things!

Ha and they said newer more exciting things..... This new company of old devs just won me over !
No it doesn't scream poor optimization. Witcher 3 required a i7 and still ran good on an i5.
That requirement alone does not scream anything about poor optimization.
What it takes to run at 60 FPS? A good graphics card, apparently a 780 or a 290x.
Of course all these recommended specs are never taken seriously. Except for the CPUs when you use a dual core.
Anyone here tried the new controllers with the built in jack? The stupid adapter I bought just causes static and crackling sounds. Plus drains my battery like crazy.
"Furthermore the game suffers from severe slow down when the map user interface is brought up, making the simple and frequent action of placing waypoints a frustrating ordeal.
This slowdown also creeps its head when things occasionally get really hectic during gameplay however, thankfully, Just Cause 3 does not feature debilitating framerate drops during normal play."
WTF is normal play. Not having explosions, running and gunning or traveling by la...
